Cultural Integration Support: Offer resources and guidance tailored to the needs of first-gen immigrants, including cultural integration tips, networking events, and community forums to foster a sense of belonging and support.
Professional Development Resources: Provide tools and services such as resume building, portfolio creation, interview preparation, and feedback mechanisms to empower users in their career advancement endeavors.

Maintaining a consistent visual identity and branding throughout the app to build trust and recognition among users.

I conducted user interviews where most interview participants reported feeling overwhelmed looking for a job and anxious because they were not sure how the process works in their new country. The feedback received through research made it very clear that users would be open to having a mentor to help them feel integrated into the culture and guide them to find a job with an easy-to-use tool.
