What we heard
“How could I redeem my points? Can these points be used with our clients?”
“I wish there were videos about the products. More visual tools and practical things to make a sale.”
“Training on forms of payment and deliveries. I am still not very clear about the forms of payment and in which cities there is coverage. Advance payment generates mistrust in the client but if they were taught it generates more confidence,”
