Immigrants and college students with no work experience lack a place to jumpstart their careers, find a mentor, and land their first job.
The goal
Design an app that will:

Understanding the user
I conducted user interviews where most interview participants reported feeling overwhelmed looking for a job and anxious because they were not sure how the process works in their new country. The feedback received through research made it very clear that users would be open to having a mentor to help them feel integrated into the culture and guide them to find a job with an easy-to-use tool.
Chloé is a first-generation immigrant who needs to find a new job because she recently moved to the country.
Jamal is a student who needs guidance to find a job because he feels insecure about his work experience.
